Mientras buscamos formas de ayunar, orar y dar limosna, estas acciones deben llevarnos a una conversi\u00f3n constante, incluso diaria. Las Escrituras hablan de la necesidad del \u201ccontinuo\u201d, ya sea tomar diariamente nuestra cruz o darnos el pan de cada d\u00eda. La conversi\u00f3n a menudo viene a trav\u00e9s de pr\u00e1cticas consistentes que nos llevan m\u00e1s profundamente a la vida del discipulado.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del ciclo de lecturas mientras seguimos a Jes\u00fas a Jerusal\u00e9n, la Cuaresma tambi\u00e9n es un tiempo para reflexionar sobre nuestro propio viaje de vida, muerte y ese \u00faltimo encuentro con Dios. Una manera de darnos la perspectiva de tal encuentro es ponderar esa certeza en soledad. Ese tiempo de tranquilidad nos permite desconectarnos y respirar profundamente el Esp\u00edritu de Dios. <em>En vidas ocupadas, puede ser un desaf\u00edo incluso tomarse 15 minutos al d\u00eda para hacer esto. Pero cu\u00e1n perspicaz y gratificante puede ser. Y como escuch\u00e9 que me dijeron: si est\u00e1s demasiado ocupado para tomar estos 15 minutos, \u00a1entonces realmente necesitas tomar 30!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Que Dios nos bendiga a todos en este tiempo especial que conduce al Misterio Pascual.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3565\" src=\"http:\/\/www.franciscansusa.dev\/franciscansusa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/AshWed.jpg\" alt=\"Mi\u00e9Ceniza\" width=\"300\" height=\"299\" \/><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>por el p.
