Estate Planning Workshop

The Mission Advancement Office for the Conventual Franciscan Friars: Province of Our Lady of Consolation is hosting the workshop “Wills: Why Not?” on two upcoming dates in Indiana. These workshops offer you the opportunity to ask questions from an expert and get pointed toward the right resources.

Up to 70% of Americans do not have a current estate plan.

Attending a workshop presented by a licensed estate planning attorney, bound by a code of ethics, ensures you will not be pressured by anyone to buy services you don’t need.

The goal is to educate you and help families and business owners:

  • Minimize tax burden,
  • Protect yourself and your loved ones in the event of disability
  • Protect your loved one’s inheritance from divorce and lawsuits
  • Avoid unnecessary delays and complications
  • Leave a lasting legacy
