Immerse yourself in soulful jazz as we celebrate the natural beauty of our world through the transformative power of music.
Reception: From 3:30 to 4:00 PM, enjoy light refreshments during a reception hosted by acclaimed fiber artist Penny Sisto. Event 2: Caring for Creation: Our Responsibility
At 4:00 PM in St. Anthony Hall, Dr. Philip J. Sakimoto, Ph.D., will present a compelling talk on the vital importance of caring for our environment. Drawing from Pope Francis’s encyclical Laudato Si’: Care for Our Common Home, Dr. Sakimoto will share insights on climate change and provide actionable steps to help us all become better stewards of our planet. This talk promises to be both educational and inspiring, empowering us to make a difference for future generations.
