Chris Chappell is a self-taught artist from Louisville, Kentucky working in many mediums with spray paint being his favorite. He has been doing murals for over 15 years, professionally for 8 years. From 80ft tall walls to small garage doors, there’s almost no place he can’t paint a mural. He enjoys painting animals, but he also enjoys bringing other people’s ideas to life and this has become his focus as a commercial muralist.

Friar Artist in Residence, Fr. Vince Petersen is an avid environmentalist, naturalist, gardener and artist.
Fr. Vince tirelessly works to educate others about climate change, and the importance of sustainability and the intersection with art, spirituality, and religion. He can be seen on the grounds of Mount St. Francis planting trees, spreading mulch, and making pathways through prairie grass.
