Get energized and greet the first day of the New Year by participating in a guided hike at beautiful Mount St. Francis! Similar to First Day Hike events throughout the state park system, this free event is family-friendly. We’ll explore the natural environment of the 400+ acre Sanctuary that includes prairie, woodlands, and a lake. Come and kick off the New Year by breathing fresh air, exercising, and learning more about nature. The First Day Hike at Mount St. Francis will inspire you to walk and hike more throughout the coming New Year!
