As a tribute to their dedication to the Friars and their ministries, three new Honorary Members of the Franciscan Order were recognized May 14, 2014.

Phil Johnson, MD, has served as the primary care physician for many of the friars – often going above and beyond the call of duty.

Toni Sartini Schmidt, DMD, has given free or discounted dental care to numerous friars.

Page Walker has served the friars in many ways, especially on our Finance Commission.

Becoming an Honorary Member bestows all the spiritual benefits of the First Order including the Masses and prayers offered for the Friars.
