Right now, the Province of Our Lady of Consolation is hosting Conventual Franciscan Friars from Zambia, India, and Central America (Honduras, El Salvador, and Costa Rica) at our motherhouse at Mount St. Francis in southern Indiana. On Monday July 9 we will convene with Province Friars from all over the United States.

This Assembly on Missions has invited our brothers from these countries to journey here to help us strengthen our fraternal ties across provincial and national boundaries. We are brothers, regardless of where we live or which province we belong to.

Following the Assembly, we will update you on what we have learned and how we hope to implement our greater understanding of Universal Church.
